The Relationship Between AROOM Budapest and Locked Room Budapest, and Trademark Protection Notice

AROOM Budapest operates as the legal successor of the former Locked Room Budapest. Both the Locked Room and AROOM brand names are owned by Locked Services Kft. and are protected trademarks.

The trademark registration numbers are as follows:

• LOCKED ROOM: 223 589

The Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (hereinafter: the Office) registers the designation forming the subject of the trademark application and publishes the registration in the Patent Gazette and Trademark Bulletin. The use of the above trademarks and related names without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences, including the enforcement of civil claims and liability for damages.

The Locked Room brand continues to participate in international escape room projects as a consultant and expert, as well as providing manufacturing capacity. In addition, the brand is engaged in the development of online and partly online, as well as physical escape rooms, and the creation of books and board games related to escape rooms.
