The voucher is valid for a game for the number of players it was bought for. When choosing a room, please keep the maximum capacity of the game in mind.
A game has to be booked in advance, subject to free slots.
After a successful purchase the voucher arrives by email, as a printable PDF.
Changes and cancellations of the booking and taking part in the game are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of AROOM.
Terms of use of the gift cards
The gift card is valid for 1 year and can be used for every available escape room of AROOM Budapest.
The card can be used up to the amount on it, for any number of players. The balance can be split over several bookings: what is left is deducted at the next booking.
If the booking costs more than the balance of the card, the difference is paid when booking.
For cards of 60,000 Ft and more, the bonus credit is added to the balance of the card and can be used within the validity of the card.
A game has to be booked in advance, subject to free slots.
After a successful purchase the card arrives by email, as a printable PDF.
The balance of the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Changes and cancellations of the booking and taking part in the game are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of AROOM.

1. General provisions
These terms apply to buying and using the online gift vouchers and gift cards issued by AROOM Budapest (Locked Services Kft., 1061 Budapest, Király utca 14.).
By buying, the buyer accepts these terms and the General Terms and Conditions of AROOM.
2. Types of gifts
Gift voucher: for one game, for the number of players given at the purchase (2-8), in any available escape room. The voucher shows no price.
Gift card: a balance of a set amount (25,000-100,000 Ft) that can be used for any number of players, split over several bookings.
3. Purchase and delivery
The purchase is made on aroom.hu, with online payment.
After a successful payment we email the voucher or card with a unique code, as a printable PDF, to the address the buyer gave. If the email does not arrive within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or write to us.
4. Validity
The gift voucher and the gift card are valid for 1 year from the purchase. A slot booked before the end of the validity can be kept after it, if the booking was made within the validity.
After the end of the validity, an unused voucher or balance cannot be redeemed, and its value is not refunded.
5. Redemption
A game has to be booked in advance on aroom.hu, subject to free slots. The code of the voucher or card is entered at the payment step of the booking.
The voucher and the card can be used at both locations, for every available game of AROOM and Locked Room.
6. Players on the gift voucher
The voucher is valid for a game for the number of players it was bought for. When choosing a room, keep the maximum capacity of the game in mind.
If more of you come than the number on the voucher, the difference is paid when booking. If fewer come, the difference is not refunded.
7. Balance and bonus of the gift card
The balance can be split over several bookings: what is left is deducted at the next booking. If the booking costs more than the balance, the difference is paid when booking.
For cards of 60,000 Ft and more, the bonus credit (+10-15%) is added automatically. The bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used within the validity of the card.
8. Discounts and cash
The voucher and the card cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts or coupon codes, unless an offer explicitly allows it.
9. Changing and cancelling a booking
Changes and cancellations of a booking made with a voucher or card are subject to the deadlines in the General Terms and Conditions. If cancelled in time, the voucher or the balance can be used again within the original validity.
If you do not show up or cancel too late, the voucher is considered used.
10. Lost or deleted voucher
If the PDF is lost, we send it again given the buyer's email address and the date of purchase. Anyone who knows the code can book with it, so please keep it safe.
11. Withdrawal
The buyer can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the purchase, if the voucher or card has not been used. Send the withdrawal to info@aroom.hu.
