Have you ever wondered what it’s like to sit in the control room of an escape room, watching teams on the monitors, helping them in exciting moments, and being part of the magic of the game yourself?
At AROOM, this is part of everyday life.
And now we’re looking for a new Game Master to join our young, energetic team in the heart of Budapest – even part-time, alongside your studies.
What’s a day like as a Game Master?
No two shifts are ever the same.
First, you prepare the rooms and fine-tune the puzzles to make sure everything is perfect. Later, you welcome guests, brief them before the game, and once it starts… you monitor the action from the control room.
You help when they get stuck.
You celebrate their successes with them.
At the end, there’s a team photo, a chat about their experience, and before you know it, the next group arrives.
Meanwhile, you’ll be:
supervising games and actively helping players
resetting and preparing rooms
handling bookings
working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, positive environment
This isn’t just a regular job — it’s creating experiences.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
communicates easily and solves problems confidently
speaks English fluently
is detail-oriented and tidy
enjoys a fast-paced, team environment
is a student or looking for a flexible schedule
Experience? Not required.
Attitude? Absolutely essential.
