Disclaimer

By accepting the present document, I hereby make the following declaration.

1. 1.

   Based on my own decision without any influence, I wish to use the service of Locked Services Kft. (1012 Budapest, Vérmező út 10-12., hereinafter Locked Services), and I take part in the escape game organized by Locked Services at my own risk.

2. 2.

   I am aware of that the environment of the escape rooms and their use is different from the usual rooms, and in order to use them for their intended purpose, I undertake to receive a short training before the game and I cooperate with the staff of Locked Services.

3. 3.

   I understand that the escape game is a simulation game in a closed room that might cause mental stress and physical strain in some occasions. The physical activities include movements such as but not limited to standing, bending forward, squatting, stretching, lifting. In the rooms the visibility might be bad sometimes, or there might also be light effects.

4. 4.

   With regard to the above I understand that taking part in the escape game might have several dangers and risks. It might happen that the players suffer psychical or emotional trauma, and in extraordinary cases physical health might be in danger, or be injured. I measured these risks and I take part in the game bearing such risks.

5. 5.

   I declare that I am aware of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the Locked Services, and I accept such terms, especially:

   1. a)I use the furniture in accordance with their intended use, I do not climb on them, I don’t use force on them (for example: punching or kicking), I will try to protect them,
   2. b)I do not enter places that are closed from visitors,
   3. c)If I notice a dangerous situation in the room, or I can see a damaged tool / furniture, I inform the staff of Locked Services immediately,
   4. d)If I notice that someone or I feel unwell or sick, I inform the staff of Locked Services immediately,
   5. e)I cooperate with the persons in the room,
   6. f)I act according to the instructions of the staff of Locked Services.
6. 6.

   I am aware of that if I violate the GTC of the Locked Services, and it causes damage or injury, Locked Services shall not be liable, and I cannot claim for damages. In other cases, the damages that can be claimed shall not be more than the lower amount among the followings: HUF 100 000 or the actual value of the damage.

7. 7.

   I understand that in case I cause damage to the Locked Services because of violating the GTC, I shall pay compensation for it, and if I cause damages to third persons, I shall indemnify and hold Locked Services harmless.

8. 8.

   I am an adult person having full legal capacity, and there is no obstacle to make the present declaration. / I make the present declaration as the legal representative of the player.

9. 9.

   I am not under the influence of alcohol, medicine, drugs or any other chemical substance affecting my mental state, I have the necessary mental and physical health for taking part in the game.

10. 10.

    Audio and video recordings are made during the game. By entering, you consent to the data processing. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

11. 11.

    I make my declaration after reading the present declaration, and I accept it as completely meeting my intentions.
